Sevenoaks Scouts is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Group Lead Volunteer to lead Edenbridge Scout Group. As a Group Lead Volunteer, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving Scout Group, inspiring both youth and adult volunteers alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: You’ll be the driving force behind your Scout Group, setting a positive example and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Empower Young People: You’ll ensure that the voices and ideas of young people are heard and valued, shaping the direction of your group’s activities and programs.
- Build a Strong Team: You’ll recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
- Create Unforgettable Experiences: You’ll work with your team to plan and deliver exciting, challenging, and educational programs that help young people develop essential life skills.
- Connect with the Community: You’ll build relationships with local organisations and partners, ensuring that your Scout Group is a valued asset to the community.
